FREE A1C Diabetes Screening (A1C Test)

Wilson Health is offering a FREE Diabetes Screening (A1C Test).

No appointment or fasting required. Simply walk in. This screening is done by a finger prick test and results will be received 7 - 10 minutes after.

In addition to the A1C Screening, Holly Burch, Certified Diabetes Educator, will be offering education, giveaways and more!
