We at Peaceful Creations are excited to introduce Yvonne Lambert (Loving Heart Breathwork) for her very first Introductory Group Breathwork Session — complimentary and open to all! This special gathering on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 marks the beginning of our ongoing Group Breathwork Sessions.
Beginning in October, Group Breathwork Sessions will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month — a sacred space to breathe, release, and reconnect.
🌀 About Yvonne
Yvonne is a Breathwork Facilitator trained by David Elliott, dedicated to supporting others on their healing journeys through both group sessions and private work. Her path of self-discovery has included training and practice in breathwork, Reiki, and Rapid Transformational Therapy.
🌬 About the Practice
In these sessions, Yvonne guides participants through a powerful three-step pranayama-style breathing technique. Pranayama, an ancient yogic practice, means “to extend or regulate the life force (prana) through the breath.” This method uses conscious, rhythmic breathing to help calm the mind, energize the body, and open the heart.
This guided practice is designed to:

✨ Release energy blocks and emotional heaviness
✨ Reconnect you with your heart and inner wisdom
✨ Support clarity in navigating trauma and life’s challenges
Yvonne states that breathwork has profoundly transformed her own life, and it is her honor to hold space for others as they experience breakthroughs, healing, and personal transformation.
