An Enhanced Quality of Life with W.I.S.E.

Are you 60 or older and looking for an opportunity to learn how to stay healthy and meet new people?

The Wellness Initiative for Senior Education (WISE) Program is an evidence-based wellness program for older adults presented by Family & Children’s Service of Monmouth County.

In this program participants will gain a greater familiarity with strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Participants will also develop an increased awareness of personal “stress triggers” as well as recognize personal values and their influence on the way we think and act.

Since 1996, WISE’s program goal is to empower older adults to make positive healthy choices leading to improved quality of life.

Join us for this fun program, where you'll meet new people and there will be light refreshments and giveaways for program participants.
