Abilities in Action and Two Rivers Friends of Diverse Learners are excited to present an informative and empowering session on Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) â a natural, valid, and often misunderstood way that many children learn language. While most people are familiar with the analytic style of language development (single words â phrases â sentences), gestalt language processors learn through âchunksâ or scripts before gradually breaking them down. Understanding this style helps families and educators better support communication growth and ensure appropriate referrals to speech-language professionals.
