This October, we’re bringing Oaxaca to Shreveport for an unforgettable evening with one of the region’s top mezcal experts. With decades of experience distilling and blending, he’ll lead us through the heritage, flavor, and craft of mezcal in two unique events: A Mezcal Tasting & a Mezcal Dinner

The evening continues with a multi-course dinner designed by Chef Gabriel Balderas, where each dish is paired with a unique mezcal selected by our guest expert from Oaxaca. This elevated experience showcases mezcals not featured in the afternoon tasting, highlighting their versatility alongside Zuzul’s coastal flavors.

With stories and insights shared by a mezcal master, this dinner is more than a meal — it’s a celebration of culture, craft, and flavor.
