Fit Friday

This Fit Friday will be dialed back versus those lately, but it will still be fast & hilly! We will determine the route & destination prior to the ride.

PLEASE NOTE:
1) ***6:30 will be the roll-out time***
2) This ride is a lot faster than our social rides, and will involve hills AND the pace of this ride is *much faster* than our normal social rides, so *please be prepared for 10~15 miles & 600~800 feet climb at an average speed of 15 mph*. The intention is not to drop people, but riders who can't keep up are encouraged to meet at the destination.

**We will ROLL OUT from Columbia Park at 6:30 PM**

Again, this will be a faster-paced, more workout-focused ride.
Please get that bike tuned, stay hydrated, and bring your helmet and lights. We’ll see you there!
