Communication is key when it comes to working with donors. Join us as we explore how strategic nonprofit organization advocacy could drive future long-term financial health for nonprofit organizations. Donor retention is equally critical in nonprofit fundraising, as acquiring new donors costs significantly more than retaining existing ones, yet retention rates continue to decline.
Drawing from her experience as Development and Membership Associate at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, Deidre McVay-Schulmeister will share techniques used to train staff and volunteers to promote your nonprofit organization through intentional, informed conversations that could lead to boosts in engagement, retention, and revenue.
