Harvest Harmony

Join us for a cozy evening of restoration and balance as we welcome the change of seasons. This special Harvest Harmony class will blend gentle Yin Yoga guided by Alyssa Evans; with an essential oil demonstration by Chanel Hall with doTERRA.

You’ll move slowly through nourishing postures designed to ground, release tension, and bring harmony to body and mind, while experiencing the calming and uplifting benefits of essential oils. Chanel will guide us in exploring seasonal oils to support wellness, balance, and emotional grounding as we transition into fall.
