Don't wait for an emergency to get to know your neighbors! The Ridgecrest Neighbor Network (RNN) is a new block-level emergency planning network in Shoreline’s Ridgecrest neighborhood. If you want more information about how to get involved, attend our kick-off meeting from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, at North City Water District building (1519 NE 177th Street).
