Carkeek Park Salmon Stewards Weekends

It's the 2025 salmon season, and Carkeek Park Salmon Stewards will don their signature blue vests and return to the spawning grounds of Piper's Creek throughout the month of November!

Join us in Carkeek Park on Saturdays & Sundays from November 1 - November 30, 2025. Carkeek Park Salmon Steward volunteers will be available and ready to casually, philosophically, or scientifically (whichever you prefer) answer your questions about this fall's salmon run and how your everyday choices impact their lives.

Look for Salmon Stewards in the blue vests along the stream trail. Visit our our interactive education booth near the east end of the lower meadow parking area.
