Experience a yoga practice to replenish your spirit and navigate back to your heart center. Unwind, release tension, and dwell in the present moment. In this yoga class, you will learn and experience:
- Gentle yoga movements to relieve stress and tension in the physical body.
- Standing yoga postures to build strength, balance, and endurance.
- Guided breathing to relax the nervous system and invoke the relaxation response.
- Mediation techniques to quiet and focus the mind.
This class is appropriate for all levels, beginners welcome! Modifications and variations will be offered to meet you where you are in the moment. This class is perfect for meeting the stresses of daily life with awareness, compassion and resilience.
Participants should dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and any other props you find useful to practice.
