Sink into an hour of restorative peace as gentle Reiki energy meets the soothing vibrations of a healing sound bath. This immersive session is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and realign your energetic body.
You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments create a cocoon of calming sound. Reiki will be offered throughout the experience to support emotional, physical, and energetic balance.
Whether you’re new to energy healing or returning to your practice, this session offers a nourishing reset for the start of the year.
Bring a yoga mat, and feel free to add a blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you get cozy.
