This class will be held at 712 Main St, where you will learn all about handling these hazardous vehicles safely and effectively. This 8 Hour technician level class utilizes 4 hours classroom presentation followed by 4 hours of practicals on functioning valve and system components. Info: 4 Hour traditional Lecture and PowerPoint covering: Gas Characteristics, Vehicle Identification, Valve types, Cylinder construction, Fuel Management Modules, System configurations, and Neutralization tactics. Cut open valve assemblies and cylinder components will be passed along to the students to highlight key components.
Info: Utilizing 8 unique valve and component test stations running on compressed air students will practice: Valve shutoff and override, solenoid override, defueling, troubleshooting, and other advanced tactics.
