About the event

Explore West Yorkshire’s Urban National Nature Reserve
Mohammed Dhalech a campaigner for environmental and social justice, will be leading a free and open to all 5.5 mile walk from Saltaire into part of the new Bradford Pennine Gateway National Nature Reserve. Supported by Kabeer Bostan, Senior Manager, Plans for Places team at Natural England who will be talking about the designation of this urban National Nature Reserve – the first for West Yorkshire, the moderately challenging walk will take participants up to Baildon Moor trig point to enjoy 360’ panoramic views over to Leeds, Bradford, Emley Moor and Rombalds Moor.
Places are limited and booking essential. No dogs except registered assistance dogs. Over 18s only.
