Join Alis for an empowering Baddass Cacao New Year Ceremony, where we'll blend the rich, heart-opening properties of cacao with intention-setting, guided meditation, and vibrant movement to welcome the upcoming year in style. This immersive workshop invites you to explore your unique themes and flavas for the new year, while fostering a deep sense of community and connection.
Alis: “I don’t do new year’s resolutions in January, but instead I like to feel into the flava of my year. The year before was Romance and filled with friends, holding hands, romancing myself, beauty in nature, dancing with my momma. This year was slowing down & creativity, and so I've shifted my life to a slower one and opened up more time for creativity. If you came last year, will be awesome to hear your 2025 reflections too!"

What to Expect:
Cacao Bliss: Sip on delicious, heart-opening cacao as we come together in community, feeling its energy uplift us and set the tone for our journey.
Oracle Card Wisdom: Draw an oracle card to gain insight into your personal journey and reflect on its messages.
Guided Meditation & Dance Party: Dive deep into a powerful guided visualisation meditation to discover your unique theme or flava for the new year, followed by soul-nourishing embodied movement. Let your body move freely as you embody your theme, connecting deeply with your inner self.
Journalling: Grab your journal and let your creativity flow as you write or draw your word or theme for the year. This is your moment to let the magic unfold!
Energy Boost: Get ready to laugh and connect with fellow baddasses.
Closing Circle: Share your gratitude and flava with the group, sealing our experience with a heartfelt hug.
Whether you’re looking to set powerful intentions & inspiration for 2026, connect with like-minded souls, or simply celebrate the magic of the new year, this ceremony is designed for you baddass! Step boldly into the new year with playfulness and feeling switched on!
What to bring:
Bring your journal, a blanket, an open heart, your awesome self and a sense of adventure as we create a supportive space for inspiration and joy. Feel free to dress-up or be comfy!

Cacao Ceremony (Ethically sourced Ceremonial Cacao)
Accessibility:
Cacao, Smoke, smells & music are used in this workshop.
You can join us from the floor or on a chair (wheelchair access is available).
Let us know if you require a chair or any other support via email.
No previous movement/cacao experience necessary.
Don’t want cacao:
(You are still welcome to attend even if not consuming cacao). Cacao is not recommended for people with a number of health conditions and/or medications. Smaller doses can be given to those who are breastfeeding/pregnant, please message us first. Please ask if you are unsure and let us know of any allergies when booking. This ceremonial Cacao will be made with oat milk, cinnamon, salt, agave or maple syrup.
