If you’ve been feeling "stuck" lately, your chakras might be holding onto old stories. On Saturday, February 28th, we invite you to "Dancing Through The Chakras"—a somatic healing ceremony at The Amani Center.

Through rhythm, intention, and the incredible music of Wookiefoot and Trevor Hall, we’ll gently (and joyfully!) navigate the energy centers of the body. By dancing out the blocks, we create the fertile ground needed for your deepest intentions to take root.
