Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself at our mindfulness workshop, led by Janet. Designed to release stress, restore balance, and nurture inner peace, this immersive experience invites you to explore a series of calming practices.

Begin with Tea Meditation, a mindful ritual to ground yourself in the present moment. Transition into Yogic Breathing, where conscious breathing helps release tension and cultivate calm. Finally, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath, allowing sound frequencies to promote relaxation and deep healing.

Tea is about abiding in the present moment, witnessing the reactive mind, and calmly learning to accept and be with what is.Tea meditation is a practice of mindfulness rooted in Zen Buddhism. It transforms the ritual of making and drinking tea into a meditative experience by fully engaging all senses to connect with the present moment. It is a calming and restorative experience from noticing each tea leaf to savoring the last sip, fostering balance and a sense of inner peace.
