About the event

New & Noteworthy Book Club

The New & Noteworthy Book Club will meet on Weds. Oct. 1 at 1pm. We will discuss The Unicorn Woman by Gayl Jones. Nominated for the Pulitzer Prize, this novel tells the story of the Black army veteran Buddy Ray Guy as he returns to his community in the Jim Crow American South of the early 1950s. All adults are welcome.
