International Tango Day: The Tango Night (El Encuentro + Milonga Tango Plus)
An a super special where Milonga El Encuentro meets Tango Plus milonga unite to light up LA with a powerful tribute to tango, the dancers, poets, musicians, and all the tango culture who shaped us. Last year’s tribute by LA maestros and performers was unforgettable—this year, we celebrate again with our community. L.A maestros and performers take the floor.
Why it matters: How many friends or loves has tango brought you? How many videos or tracks do you play each day? How many idols shaped you? How often has tango held you in your hardest and most beautiful moments—on that tanda that shook your whole being, or that unforgettable milonga party? International Tango Day is our chance to pay tribute.
