Charcuterie & Cheese: The Verdello Way

Join us for a relaxed afternoon workshop where you’ll learn the art of crafting a beautiful and balanced charcuterie board—Verdello-style. We’ll share the same techniques we use in our Sheridan shop, from selecting standout cheeses to arranging meats, fruits, and accompaniments with flair. You’ll enjoy your handcrafted board at the end of class, and wine will be available for purchase to pair with your creation. Led by a certified wine and cheese professional, this hands-on class is equal parts delicious and educational.
