Cupcake Icing Techniques Workshop

Join Helen from Sweet Chic Bakery on Saturday 21st March and learn how to ice your cupcakes like a pro!
You'll take home six of your own creations and hopefully some great ideas to try out at home.

To cut down on costs, you'll need to bring your own buttercream and a box to bring them home in.

Whilst you can buy readymade icing, it's probably better to make your own- it's really easy..
140g/5oz butter (softened)
280g/10oz Icing Sugar
1-2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

If there is anything in particular you want to put on your cupcakes, please feel free to bring it with you. Colourings, cupcakes etc will be provided.
