Our season of hibernation and the journey inwards, alike Goddess Inanna on her descent to the Underworld. It is in darkness that we delve and discover our inner Gems/treasures, we light our own spark and re-member who it is we truly are.
An evening of unwinding and unravelling all that weighs us down, creating space for something new. We will move through some fun and powerful toning (no experience needed) and complete with deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra.
