What You Need to Bring to Sign-Ups
To complete registration, athletes must bring:
• Birth Certificate
• Insurance Card
• Current Sports Physical
• Proof of Enrollment at Bullitt Lick Middle School or Bernheim Middle School
Acceptable proof of enrollment includes:
• Report card
• Transfer letter
• Screenshot from Infinite Campus
