Joining MCSAR
Mason County Search and Rescue (MCSAR) looks for dedicated, community-minded individuals who are ready to train, respond, and make a difference. While specific requirements may vary depending on the role (e.g., field searcher vs. K9 handler vs. base support), here’s a general overview of what MCSAR typically looks for in volunteers:
Membership in MCSAR is open to those who are age 13 and older. No experience necessary. Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
