Beat the Heat Pre Adventure

Want to have an adventure and drive a bunch to maybe see some things? Want to camp with a ocean side view in Shelter Cove?

Day 1 - 185 miles - Join me as I explore back roads from Redding to Mad River off Hwy 36 to get an early lunch at the burger bar then take back roads to Garberville for fuel and then make our way to Shelter Cove for the night.

Day 2 - 75 miles - will take us on back roads along the coastish and drop us off at Black Sand Beach and then we are off to Ferndale for some small shop shopping before we head to Samoa to meet up with the rest of the group for a weekend of sandy fun!

I have never done this. It might be fun or it might be something you wish you never did. Who knows, cause I dont. Keep your expectations low so you can be surprised around every corner. There will be LOTS of corners.
