Wild Goose Qigong

Imitate the Animal “Wild Goose” and the way it moves. Benefiting the body with stretching movements and strengthening of the legs through balance and weight bearing exercises.

This workshop incorporates bio-mechanics of the body, anatomy of muscles and 5 Elements in Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture points relating to the meridians.
