Presence in the Park is a gentle, grounded gathering for sensitive, thoughtful humans who crave deeper connection - with themselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
Come along for a quiet, honest & not-so-serious Sunday morning in nature. Together we can slow down, reconnect, feel grounded, breathe deeper, meet like-hearted people, remember who we are, touch grass & belong
This is a space for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life, stuck in their head, craving silence, longing for belonging, or simply wanting to slow down and practice BEing instead if DOing 🙂
We’ll explore a range of guided practices that support mindfulness, presence, breath, embodiment, introspection and authentic connection
**This is for**
Introverts, extroverts, creatives, misfits, nature lovers, burnt-out professionals, neurodivergent peeps, spiritual folk & everyone in-between
You are all welcome. Come as you are.
No experience needed.
Bring something to sit on, water & an open mind
Every Sunday, 10am.
Please use the Northern Entrance (Google Maps "North Entrance to Blackbutt Forest Reserve"). This entrance is via Blackbutt Way. Park near the amenities block and walk towards the pink flag 100m or so.
