3V3 Basketball Tournament

3rd annual Shell Lake Town and Country Days 3v3 Basketball Tournament- Saturday, August 30th, 2025 @ Shell Lake High School. This will begin at 9am, check in at 8:30am. Schedules will be sent out the week of the tournament by email.

Additionally, you must mail a check to Tawny Burns or Venmo Tawny Burns. $65/team. Max 5 players per team.

Note- winning teams at each division will be awarded medals. Divisions may combine if needed (ex: 3rd/4th, if enough teams don't register).

Waivers must be completed. Please see attached image AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS FORM, save, sign, and bring with you to the tournament or email it back to Tawny Burns.
