Get ready for a dynamic 60-minute class that blends strength and stretch, movement and mindfulness — all in one energizing outdoor session! The first 30 minutes will be a high-energy Sculpt session led by Crystallyn, combining yoga-inspired movement with light weights, resistance bands, and bursts of cardio to tone and strengthen your entire body.

Then, slow things down with a calming 30-minute Flow session led by Kate. You'll flow through a breath-centered yoga sequence designed to lengthen muscles, improve mobility, and deepen your mind-body connection.

Whether you're looking to challenge your body or calm your mind, this class delivers the best of both worlds. Bring a mat, water, and your energy — and treat your body to movement, breath, and community.
