Basic Self Defense Class

Basic Self-Defense class for anyone over 18 years old.
The class will cover the following material:
Introduction to Situational Awareness
Introduction to Target Locations
Introduction to Positioning and Stances
Introduction to Defensive Tactics.
Admission to the class will be $35.00. (This can be paid the day of the class)
To participate in the class, Participants must be required to bring a valid ID and sign a waiver.
