13th Annual Nightmare Before Christmas

The Nightmare Before Christmas is on Wednesday 12/24. We will have 2 Heats. 8am and 9:30 am.

The Workout will be about 60 minutes long and the 12 Days of Christmas format.

We will accept Drop ins.... however they must know how to do barbell movements.

This Wod is not for anyone that has never touched a barbell before. Cleans, Deadlifts, Front Squats, and Thrusters could all be in the the WOD.

There is NO Cost for Members.

Drop Ins are $20. They must have crossfit experience
