Led by Sandra, a certified Forest Therapy Guide, this program is designed to help you slow down, come into your mind and body, and build your connection with nature.
Forest Therapy draws on our innate bond with the natural world, allowing us to observe, encounter, and better understand our place through mindful practices.
What to expect:
The walk is very relaxed and slow-paced. We will spend approximately 2 hours in the woods, with a route of no more than 1.25 km.
We’ll start with an opening circle to meet one another and ground ourselves in the space. Then, as we walk, you will be offered a series of invitations to experience the forest and your partnership with it. There is no right or wrong way to share in these invitations - just come as you are. We finish our session with an offer of tea and a chance to share and connect with other participants.
