Find stillness and clarity: Through mindful walking and gentle breathing exercises, you’ll connect with the calming atmosphere of the forest and enjoy time to slow down and reflect.
Release and renew: We’ll conclude with a symbolic release to help you leave behind the weight of what you’re ready to let go, making room for new growth in your life.
