Join us for a Samhain Forest Therapy session, where we’ll spend time in the peaceful embrace of the forest, focusing on reflection, release, and renewal.

In this guided experience, you’ll:

Embrace the changing season: Just as the trees shed their leaves, we’ll explore how we can let go of stress, habits, or emotions that no longer serve us.

Find stillness and clarity: Through mindful walking and gentle breathing exercises, you’ll connect with the calming atmosphere of the forest and enjoy time to slow down and reflect.

Release and renew: We’ll conclude with a symbolic release to help you leave behind the weight of what you’re ready to let go, making room for new growth in your life.
