Building Strength

Building Strength is a one-hour, full-body workout designed to make you feel powerful inside and out. We’ll hit all the major muscle groups, and get those weights moving. No matter your fitness level, you belong here! This class is all about encouragement, progress, and celebrating what your body can do. My goal is for you to walk out feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to carry that strength into your daily routine. Let’s lift, laugh, and build confidence together!
