I invite you to come join the Ecstatic Dance at the River House 😍🥰
Twice a month, we gather by the river to move freely, wildly, softly, however our bodies want.
Ecstatic Dance is not about how it looks… it’s about how it feels.
It’s a space to express, release, connect, and let the music move through you. Some dance big and bold, some flow slow or melt into the floor… everything is welcome. 🙌🏼
You will leave feeling alive, refreshed, maybe a little sore… but always so good.
We begin moving at 7:00 PM, guided by a curated playlist that journeys through many genres ✨ from soft, soulful melodies to wild, shake your body beats, jazzy grooves, and everything in between. Every session is a new adventure.
We close with connection, a handmade snack, a fresh home-brewed drink, and space to chat or simply rest in the afterglow. You are also free to head out whenever you need, this is a space to be fully you.
