About the event

Yoga in the Prairie

Join in this hour-long mindful yoga practice in the prairie and experience the benefits of connection to nature.

Registration extended to September 3rd!

Class is led by Barbara Holt, a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). Participants should bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Please consider bug spray and dressing for the weather. In case of inclement weather, the session will be held indoors. Barbara has over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation in a variety of settings. Barbara is also an iRest Level 2 teacher.
