Parker John’s will be frying up hot, fresh cheese curds on site—enough to make even the proudest Wisconsinite question their life choices. We’ll also have dipping sauces from some of your favorite local spots, and you’ll help us crown the ultimate sauce champ.

Plus - Milwaukee's own 4 on the Floor will be bringing some classic, gritty rock n roll to the party starting at 6pm!
