Join us for a relaxed winter hike at Maywood, a local favorite with peaceful woods, prairie stretches, and easy-to-moderate trails perfect for a crisp January morning.

🌿 Maywood features:
- Mix of forest, prairie, and riverside scenery
- Quiet trails with lots of wildlife activity in winter
- A few steeper spots + plenty of mellow, easy paths
- Great views along the Pigeon River
🥾 Winter Trail Notes:
- Expect snow/ice, boots with traction recommended
- Some areas can be damp or slick near wetlands
- No pets allowed at Maywood
🧣 What to Bring:
Warm layers, hat, mittens, boots, water/hot drink, and a light snack.
