Guided by local educator and artist Dannielle Arneson, this hands-on workshop invites you to explore the beauty of handcrafted ink made from locally sourced black walnuts.
You’ll learn to use this natural, brown-toned ink for fine dip pen lines, bold brush washes, and a variety of expressive techniques. With locally harvested feathers and plants as inspiration, participants will create intricate drawings and experiment with different tools and styles. Dannielle will also share her process for making walnut ink, giving you a deeper connection to the materials in your hands.
