Zumba at 7Pm Mon & Thru @ First Baptist Church In Shawnee

Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called “exercise in disguise.”

This is an all-levels class.
$4 walk-in basis, no membership or pre-registration. Cash, Venmo, or PayPal
There is no childcare available. Youths over the age of 5 are able to participate alongside a parent or guardian with a signed waiver.
Due to the church's policy, the door is locked after 15 minutes.
