Hosted by EPC Real Estate Group, all proceeds from this tournament benefit Sunflower House, a local child advocacy center providing education, therapy and support to children and families impacted by abuse. Your tournament registration helps create a safer, more hopeful future for kids in our community.
Time:
10:00 a.m. Registration
11:00 a.m. Tournament Begins
Tournament Divisions:
Competitive (A Division): For teams that are highly competitive with experienced players & power hitters.
Intermediate (B Division): For teams that are competitive & attempt to make 3 hits per side. Power hitters should not be in this division.
Recreational (C Division): For teams wanting to play recreational volleyball (minimal spiking). For players that just want to have fun!
Tournament Info:
Co-ed teams of no more than six (6) players (must have equal or more female players on the court).
Waivers may be completely digitally by adding all teammates to your roster. Hard-copy waivers will be required for teams without a full roster by October 3.
Split The Pot Raffle and Silent Auction will be available!
Registration:
Online registration is open until October 3.
Walk-up registration begins at 10 a.m. on the day of the event if the tournament isn't sold out. Day-of teams should arrive no later than 10:45 to be considered for entry.
Cost:
EARLY BIRD Registration (Ends Sept. 19th): $180 per team of six (6) players.
Standard Registration (Sept. 20th—Oct.4th): $200 per team of six (6) players.
Team Registration guarantees six (6) tournament t-shirts for teams signed up by September 19.
Additional T-shirts can be purchased for $14/each.
