Are you ready to pause, release, practice some self-care, and start feeling better? It's sign-up time for Yoga Flow through Shawano Community Education.
Classes begin Jan. 13, 2026, 5:30-6:30 pm at Hillcrest School Multipurpose Room (Enter through Door D).
$40 for 8 classes; drop-ins welcome for $10 per class.
