Imbolc Ritual Planning Meeting (Online)

This meeting is a collaborative planning session for our Imbolc ritual taking place on Saturday, February 7th at 4:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to brainstorm and collaborate as a community together for those interested in shaping our Imbolc Ritual.
During this session, we will:
- Decide on the core theme for this year’s Imbolc ritual
- Outline the ritual flow and overall structure
- Identify needed roles and discuss lead positions
- Begin drafting the ritual in a shared Google Doc within our Google Drive
This meeting is open to those interested in helping shape the ritual, whether you are interested in leadership, support roles, or offering ideas and structure. Prior ritual experience is helpful but not required.
After the meeting, most coordination, drafting, and follow-up communication will take place in our Discord server.
Participants who take on roles should expect to use Discord and Google Docs as part of the planning process.
