Free Childbirth Education Class

Join us for a Free Childbirth Education Class at Newman Memorial Hospital on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1 PM to 4 PM in the Basement Conference Room.

This informative and supportive class will be taught by Neysa Anderson, a dedicated childbirth educator who is passionate about preparing families for a confident birth experience.

Topics will include:
• Stages of labor
• Comfort measures and pain relief
• Partner support strategies and what to expect
• Breastfeeding 101

Please bring a yoga mat or birthing ball if you have one.

Everyone who attends will be entered into a drawing for a diaper bag full of goodies!
