Cold and Flu Product Making Workshop - Pine chest rub

Just in time for fall and seasonal cold time! We have series of workshops where you can make your own products for colds and flu season.

September 29 - Honey Fermented Garlic
October 6 - Elderberry/ Herbal syrup for cough
October 27 - Pine Chest Rub
November 10 - Sore Throat Lozenges

Come and learn to make pine sap salve that can be turned into pine chest rub for the time when you fight the cough. We will also learn about all amazing benefits of pine and also other herbs that will go great with this product.
