FTP Builder Challenge Series

It's back this fall and winter! The FTP Builder Challenge! Increase cycling power (FTP) while building aerobic fitness with us! This is a great class for cyclists, triathletes, runners, general fitness enthusiasts or anyone who wants to drastically improve their fitness and FTP!

Join our cycling coaches for this 4 month program on early Sunday mornings (will end by 8:45am). We will start in November and will build the class from 1 to 3 hours by March...just in time for spring outdoor riding! We will do monthly FTP Challenges to monitor our growth.

Open to all! Please download the CycleLife Studio app to register and book into the class. Bikes are limited!
