👨🍳 Featuring Chef Abel Rosas
With an emphasis on creating memorable moments, Chef Abel—originally from Oaxaca, Mexico—was inspired by his grandmother Elena’s heartfelt cooking. He pays homage to his culture by blending the passion and flavors of Oaxacan family traditions with the refinement of classical training and modern culinary techniques.
For this event, Chef Abel will be utilizing native ingredients from both Oaxaca and Wisconsin, weaving together the spices and traditions of southern Mexico with the wild edibles and seasonal harvests of the Midwest. Each dish is crafted to highlight the natural flavors of fire cooking—where every bite builds flavor upon flavor, honoring both place and tradition.
🌿 Move between sauna, nature and nourishment—restoring body and spirit, while savoring food that celebrates culture, season, and community.
