Eligibility Criteria:
Age between 18–60 years
Weigh at least 45 kg
In good health and well-rested
Not pregnant or breastfeeding
Free from certain medical conditions (e.g., malaria, HIV, hepatitis)
Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Preparation Tips:
Eat a balanced meal before donating
Stay hydrated with plenty of water
Wear clothing with sleeves that can be rolled up
Bring your identification card (e.g., MyKad, passport)
