I'm offering a 6 week yoga course starting Wednesdays 9 - 10.15am from September 10th.
Welcoming classes that honour yoga's classical foundations and offer gentle options alongside deeper challenges.
Each week we'll work with postures, breath and a long, guided relaxation at the end.
The classes are held in a gorgeous Bothy at the back of Sorelle: peaceful, serene and embedded in the heart of nature.
You are welcome to linger after class in the laid back ambience of the Sorelle cafe where you can enjoy company, coffee, tea, and delicious food!
Class dates: 10th, 17th and 24th September and 1st, 8th and 22nd Oct at 9 - 10.15am
NB no class on 15th Oct
