It is wonderful to see the confidence that these sessions give women who are prepared to commit to themselves to do the exercises and learn what their bodies need.
I love imparting helpful information, seeing that it makes sense to you and is achieveable for all.
Of course, the relaxation section is the bit everyone loves the most!
And all with no need to co-ordinate arms with legs or move in time to the music - this is nothing like a Zumba class - so you can truly relax and get stuck in.

WHY?
♥️ Just 15mins of Body Toning with us - once or twice a week - will have you feeling good about yourself, and if you are consistent in your attendance, by the end of the first block you will notice subtle changes in your physique.
♥️ Add to this a 20 minute relaxation and stretching section and your mind will be happier too. You deserve to have a rest and this class ensures you do through breathing techniques, stretching suggestions and calming music coupled with my verbal guidance to float your mind away from real life.
All you need is a mat, water bottle, a sense of fun and the determination to do something that is purely for YOU and your benefit. All other equipment is provided.
Also... please know that although I am a qualified Exercise Instructor, I am not your usual fitness gym bunny - there will be no barking orders, no demands, no burpees, no sit ups.
Instead I offer ideas, information and solutions with a smile and much more empathy and understanding: because I am a normal woman in her mid 40's coping with what life throws at us. Not always succeeding, but trying again anyway.
I will be your biggest supporter - all you have to do is commit to yourself and turn up to the classes.
So forget the stereotypes, stop worrying and put yourself first. Let's make exercise a fun thing that we do together in good company.
